About Trainer :
Mr. Kundan Gurav
Kundan is a founder and Principal Facilitator in PRERAK. He heads the Training wing, Facilitation Network and Strategic Tie-ups.
A specialist in Experiential Learning method, his awe-inspiring training workshops have transformed many a lives. He has also been an adjunct to many Organizational reengineering projects across India. He also has a keen focus on developing Theatre based training; he is enamored with the topics of behavioral science and change management.
Before starting his own venture Kundan was a National Training Head at Meru Cab Company Pvt. Ltd. He was solely responsible for creating and delivering training modules for the Radio Cab industry in India, his work is still regarded as reference material by the industry.
He has a 10-year history in the Training and Development industry where he has successfully played the roles of a content developer, trainer and organizational analyst.
He has been part of transformational training with many cooperates like Bharti Airtel, Anand Rathi, Atlas Copco, Bisleri, Saint Gobain, Aditya Birla Group. Thousands of individuals have embarked on the path of Independence and financial freedom just by listening to his inspirational talks live and through CD’s
A person who has overcome arduous debacles in life, He has understood the pattern of success and the principles that differentiate success from failure. He is an Electronic Engineer and has also studied Axiology and Behavioral science.
